CAN CHILDREN BENEFIT FROM BODYWORK?

Most definitely. We welcome children of all ages, with parental supervision. In fact, ESP Massage & Bodywork was conceived with the idea that families could benefit from joint wellness sessions. Besides pain from physical injury, massage can also reduce the mental stress that many children experience.

Our ESP Unwinding is especially recommended for infants with colic, tongue ties and other associated issues.

The Ionic Foot Detox is great for children that have chronic issues, including environmental, dietary, hormonal and autoimmune.

CAN I BOOK COUPLES OR GROUP SESSIONS?

Yes! Though it is only possible for one person to receive a massage at a time, couples and groups are encouraged to select from the variety of studio experiences in order to put together a unique healing session. Some examples are ESP Unwinding with Reiki, Foot Detox with Biomat or Joint Foot Detoxes. Please call for more information on how these sessions can unfold. Couples Room Opens May 23!

WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE BEING TOUCHED?

We’ve got you covered! Our REIKI sessions can be completely HANDS FREE, though no less effective at reducing stress, easing tension and clearing energetic blockages. This is a very effective way to build trust with your therapist and perhaps work your way to more contact, if you wish.

In all massage sessions, you can undress to YOUR comfort level, and you control the pressure your therapist provides. Professional draping is ALWAYS employed.
